Bad Advice wants you to get your card game as soon as possible but as a small business, we sometimes can’t help being a little slower than the retail giants. We thank you for your understanding.

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship to Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Due to volatile delivery costs, we only accept and ship product to Canada via email orders.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Business and shipping days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

  • Shipping Origin: All Bad Advice Card Game and Bad Advice Hat orders are shipped from China.

  • Shipping Times:

    • Bad Advice Card Game: Takes between 5-10 business days for delivery, excluding processing time. If your card game purchase has not arrived within 30 days from the order processing date, we will consider the package lost.

    • Bad Advice Hats: Made-to-order and take between 10-20 business days for delivery, excluding processing time.

  • Tracking: You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. However, orders will not have tracking numbers provided.

    • If your card game purchase has not arrived within 30 days from the order processing date, we will consider the package lost.

    • If your hat purchase has not arrived within 40 days from the order processing date, we will consider the package lost.

  • Important Notes:

    • These times are indicative only and may fluctuate during busy seasons.

    • Bad Advice is not responsible for any delays caused by manufacturers or shipping providers.

    • Bad Advice reserves the right to cancel and refund any order without cause.

All sales are final. Bad Advice does not offer cancellation, return, exchange, credit or refunds on any order, unless product(s) are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Any product(s) which are delivered damaged or incorrect will be eligible for a return only

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please email your name, order number, a description of the issue and a picture of your product to contact@badadvicegame.com within 7 days of receipt. 

If Bad Advice confirms your order qualifies for a return, you will be provided information for how to return your product. Once your product(s) are received, your replacement product(s) will be shipped as soon as possible. If the product(s) are out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it is restocked.

Note:

  • It is at Bad Advice’s sole discretion to determine if an order is considered damaged or incorrect and thus eligible for a return. 

  • Bad Advice does not offer return shipping labels. The purchaser is solely responsible for this cost.

  • Product(s) must be received within 28 days of confirmation of return eligibility. 

  • Returned product(s) must be returned in original item packaging and have no visible signs of use.

  • Product(s) that do not meet this criteria will be ineligible for return, with the exception of verified lost or damaged packages.

  • Product(s) that are sent back to Bad Advice without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
